１３時間の長旅を終えてようやくミュンヘンに到着。空港を降りて、そのスケールの大きさに驚く。ミュンヘン空港から約一時間かけてユースホステルに向かう。電車から見る景色は日本とはとても違う。到着したら荷物の整理をして夕食。ポークシチュー、コロッケ、サラダは見かけ以上のボリュームでした。食ご散歩に出ましたが、どの店も８時までには閉まることがわかりました。ドイツの夜は１０時くらいまで明るいので子供たちもまだ外で遊んでいました。１０時の就寝時間に眠りました。

After the thirteen hour flight, we arrived at Munich. I was surprised of the big size of everything. We took about an hour's train ride to get to the Youth Hostel. The view from the window was very different from Japan. We had supper soon after takin care of the bags and stuff. Pork stew, croquettes, and salad was heavier than they looked. We walked around the Hostel after that and found that all the stores close before 8 o'clock. As it is bright until 10pm, the kids were still playing outside. The bed time for us is 10:00, so we went to bed then.
